Udon miso noodles

 • 1 Tbs of miso • 1 Tbs of soy sauce

 • 1 Tsp of rice viniger

 • 1 tbs of honey

 • 1 tbs of oil

 • ½ tsp of salt

 • 2 packs udon noodles

 • 1 bell pepper

 • tofu

 • 1 onion

 • mushrooms

 • 1 shredded zucchini

Put oil in the frying pan. Add all vegetables and tofu. Put in the frozen udon noodles.Cook for 20 min. Stir in the sauce and add salt
